Amanda Gore

CEO Joy Project

Amanda Gore is one of Australia’s and the USA’s favourite conference keynote speaker. All of her sessions can also be delivered virtually – with as much impact as live! Amanda is CEO of The Joy Project, an author, speaker, Huffington Post columnist and businesswoman. She is one of 4 Australians inducted into the USA Speaker Hall of Fame.

She works with small and large organisations, hospitals and schools to help them create cultures of joy and engagement and to bring the humanity back into their organisations.

As a communications and performance expert, Amanda believes success in business is always about feelings – the way we feel about a product, organisation or person influences how we behave and informs our decisions about how we spend, or who we conduct business with.

Within a few short minutes, Amanda breaks down the barriers that separate people, and from that moment forward it’s fun, invigorating, action packed ride towards self-discovery and ultimately, real and lasting change. Through funny, energising presentations, enhanced by decades of scientific discovery and personal experience, Amanda will both entertain, facilitate changes behaviour and move your audience to action. Remote, virtually or live.

Amanda demonstrates how people can re-connect to the energy and emotional layers that really drive performance, innovation, relationships, engagement and creativity in their business and personal life utilizing positive psychology, epigenetics and emotional intelligence.

....and all this very intelligent sounding stuff means basically that:

People who are happy at work are 31% more productive, sell 37% more and are three times more creative. They make better team players, handle change more effectively, become more positive and are much more engaged.

In between delivering an average of 60 presentations in Australia and the US every year Amanda has written five books, produced several DVD and audio-visual training programs and has accumulated over two million views on her YouTube channel.
