Andrea Clarke encourages people to be ‘future fit’ for the 2020’s through writing, speaking and facilitating digital programs. A recovering television news reporter, Andrea works with large scale organisations committed to growing their own future fit workforce.

Andrea focus’ on designing and delivering fully digital programs for global businesses that drive innovation, growth, leadership development and cultural change – offering the latest in EdTech for specific transformation goals.

Andrea values unconventional thinking, initiative and being inspired by those around her. Prior to Andrea’s move into building capability in leaders she was based in Washington D.C. covering breaking news for major media outlets. She also worked across human rights, helping to re-build Iraq & Afghanistan with funding from USAID. 

Andrea is the author of ‘Future Fit: how to stay relevant and competitive in the future of work’ which explores how we can advance our human capacity to accelerate our careers as we navigate major shifts in the way we work. She shares a story of resilience, of skill acquisition and how to deal with intimidating situations in the workforce.
