Robbie Farah is a rugby league legend who played for the Wests Tigers and South Sydney Rabbitohs in the National Rugby League (NRL). Robbie was born in Sydney, Australia, to Lebanese parents.

Robbie grew up in the western suburbs of Sydney, where he attended Holy Cross College in Ryde. It was there that he began playing rugby league, and he eventually joined the Balmain Tigers junior representative team. Robbie quickly showed promise as a player and was soon signed by the Wests Tigers.

Robbie made his NRL debut for the Wests Tigers in 2003, playing at hooker. He quickly established himself as one of the best young players in the league, winning the 2005 NRL Premiership with the Wests Tigers and in 2006, he was selected to play for New South Wales in the State of Origin series. Robbie played in all three matches of the series and helped NSW to a series victory.

Robbie continued to play at a high level for the Wests Tigers over the next several years, earning several awards and honors along the way. In 2007, he was named the Dally M Hooker of the Year, and he was also named the Wests Tigers Player of the Year. Robbie was named to the NSW State of Origin team again in 2008 and 2009, and he played in all six matches over the two series.

In 2010, Robbie was named Captain of the Wests Tigers, and he led the team to the NRL Grand Final, where they lost to the St. George Illawarra Dragons. Robbie continued to lead the Wests Tigers over the next few years, and in 2012, he was named the Dally M Hooker of the Year for the second time.

In 2013, Robbie was again selected to play for New South Wales in the State of Origin series, and he played in all three matches. He also helped the Wests Tigers to reach the NRL finals that year, but they were eliminated in the first round.

Robbie continued to play for the Wests Tigers until 2016, when he joined the South Sydney Rabbitohs. He played for the Rabbitohs for two seasons before retiring from professional rugby league at the end of the 2018 season.

In addition to his rugby league career, Robbie has been involved in several off-field activities. He is a vocal supporter of various charities and has worked with organisations such as the Cancer Council and the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Robbie has also been involved in several business ventures, including a Lebanese restaurant in Sydney and a clothing line.

Despite retiring from professional rugby league, Robbie has remained involved in the sport. He has worked as a commentator and analyst for various media outlets, including Fox Sports and the Nine Network. Robbie has also coached at the junior level and has been involved in various coaching clinics and programs.

Throughout his career, Robbie was known for his toughness and his dedication to the sport. He was a tenacious defender and a skilled playmaker, and he was regarded as one of the best hookers in the game. Robbie was also respected for his leadership and his ability to inspire his teammates.
